Aluminium Alloy Hanging Suspension Clamp
Descriptions:
The suspension clamp body and keepers are aluminium alloy, cotter-pin is stainless steel, the other parts are hot-DIP galvanized steel.
Application:
The suspension clamp is used to fix the wire on the insulator string of the tower, or hang the lightning protection line on the tower.
Structure features:
- High-strength suspension clamp can bear the stress of line.
- According to the relative position between the center of gyration axle and the axis of conductor, suspension clamps can be divided into trunnion type, hang-down type and carried-up type.
- Based on the requirement for grip strength of suspension clamp to conductor, the suspension clamp can be divided into three types:Fixed type, slip type and limited grip strength type.
- Generally, malleable cast iron, steel and aluminum alloy are used as it's materials.
