Oil immersed transformer ,use Japanese Toshiba analysis soft ware and our company special calculation and validation procedures to make sure the performance of products. Superior process equipment ,elaborate material selecting and efficient manufacturing make the transformer have small volume,light weight,low loss,low partial discharge,low noise characteristics.
Product Details
1. The coil adopts a low axial short-circuit force structure. When the transformer is short-circuited, it can greatly reduce the axial short-circuit force and greatly improve the ability of withstanding short-circuit.
2. All the bolts and nuts on the cover surface are made of 304 stainless steel, which enhances the rust prevention ability of the transformer.3. Each sealing rubber ring adopts the best rubber material in China, which greatly prolongs the service life of the sealing rubber ring.
4. The transformer body adopts a high-reliability support structure to ensure reliable compression of the upper and lower parts of the coil. The entire body structure improves the ability of withstanding short-circuited.
5. This not only reduces the no-load loss of the transformer, but also ensures that the core flux is not saturated when the transformer is operating under voltage, so that the third harmonic of the transformer is small.

Mainly Components:
The mainly parts of this transformer include Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is used to soak the windings by placing it in.

4.Buchholz relay is used when a conservator tank is used. Because it indicates errors like loss of oil once it goes low, improper flow of oil between the tank & transformer.
5.Breather Unit includes silica gel that absorbs moisture in the oil. It changes its color from blue color to pink color it is not capable to absorb moisture in the oil.
6.The oil indicator indicates the level of the oil within the conservatory unit.
7.The temperature detector monitors the temperature of the oil. If the temperature of the oil increases to a certain level then the transformer will be disconnected from the service.
8. Pressure relief device decreases the pressure within the transformer to avoid an explosion of the transformer.
9.Thermal relay is used as an indicator for the temperature of the winding.
10.Full galvanized coating no rust.
11. The bushing is used to connect the internal windings of the transformer with the help of an exterior electrical network.
As one of the important equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings, the oil-immersed distribution transformer reduces the 10(6)kV or 35kV network voltage to the 230/400V bus voltage used by the user. The production process of oil-immersed transformer is mainly divided into: insulation, low-voltage foil winding, high-voltage wire winding, coil pressing and baking, body assembly, body lead, body vacuum drying, total assembly, vacuum oil injection.
Transformers have a wide range of applications and many types. According to the use of the classification of power transformer, electric furnace transformer, rectifier transformer, power frequency experiment transformer, voltage regulator, mining transformer and so on. When classified according to the structural form, it can be divided into single-phase and three-phase transformers. According to the cooling medium, there are dry transformers, oil-immersed transformers, inflatable transformers, etc., according to the cooling method, there are natural cooling type, air-cooled type, water-cooled type, forced oil circulation water-cooled type, forced oil circulation air-cooled type, water-cooled type, etc., and there are autotransformers, double-coil transformers, three-coil transformers, etc. When classified according to the voltage regulation method, it can be divided into on-load voltage regulation and no-load voltage regulation transformers, and when classified according to the neutral insulation level, it can be divided into fully insulated transformers (the neutral insulation level is the same as the starting insulation level) and semi-insulated transformers. According to the core type classification, can be divided into core type, shell type, radiation type and so on.
